I don't even have that link! It's possible it's not been carried through to all customised themes.
The impression I was getting from reading mind is that a lot of people have already had the UI changes pushed through automatically without opting in to that beta test link anyway.
My whole thing must just be a few days behind at the moment, but I presume they'll get everyone eventually!
