Useful tip for the day: Do not leave an Asda Smartprice Loaf of bread you bought last Tuesday in the cupboard for a week.

I knew it wouldn't still be usable once I got back, but I hadn't predicted just *how* unusable. You could have been forgiven for thinking I was growing Penicillin. Urp! I'll spare you all the photos. =;)

Oh and for anyone who's wondering (not many I know), the full translation of yesterday's post is as follows:-

We were told in the Artificial Intelligence lectures that speech recognition was actually quite well advanced these days; I say that's a complete load of codswallop. Whereas sometimes is doesn't do too bad, most of the time it comes out with absolute crap like this stuff I'm speaking right now. To pass the time, I'm now going to read from this letter nearby. It's probably a piece of junkmail. Give just £2 a month and you can help important work to save others.

Hmmm... not much more to say really. Perhaps I should just try and say what I've been doing for the last few days. For those who don't know yet, I'm back up in Durham in the Northeast, although I'm back down in Manchester tomorrow. I dont like the place, but never mind. I haven't done much. I should have been writing the latest 5th Water episode, but instead have been sat at the computer not doing much. Still, I'm in a good mood, so that's okay. *smiles* =:) Wow, you can even do smilies in speech!

That happened to me yesterday. Went to use bread and I looked at it and....ewwy.....I'm going to be putting bread in the fridge now as it seems to go back quickly. Less than a week and it's nasty. I don't know if it's because it's warm now or what. Gross mold though.

Normally I get the foil wrapped stuff, as it seems to last long enough for me to eat it all, but on this occasion I didn't. It's been warm here the last few days too, which won't have helped. Ah well, at least it was possible to see the mould straight away, as there was so much of it. What really annoys me is when there's a tiny bit of mould, but you don't notice it until you've eaten about half a slice. It's never made me ill, but it isn't nice! *looks green*
