Changes

So, I'm now working in Manchester. Yes, after much running about, and last minute dealings I finally moved to the new job at the end of June. There's a lot I'll miss, but a lot of new opportunities now open too. Let's see what happens.

Oddly, I did happen to stumble on the original emails from the last job, whilst looking about for something totally unrelated. Indeed it's quite odd to see some of the random stuff that used to go on back then. I've got emails from azron detailing what to do on arrival at Leeds for the Countdown filming, and emails from cybernet3000 showing concern as I was upset on something around the time. Of course, I can't remember what it was I was actually upset about, but I suspect it was something to do with the operation probably. Infact I'd almost completely forgotten about how much hassle that whole operation was at the time. It's amazing just how much has changed in the past 2 years, for all I've felt like I've been stuck in a rut for such a long time. o.o

Nostalgia aside though, who knows what the future may hold. For the time being I'm only looking ahead to the next few weeks. There's the Chester meet this weekend, and Eurofurence next month. It also dawns on me I'd best start planning something quite quickly as there were a few close friends I planned to meet this summer, but there's not actually much time left in this summer. Where has 2008 gone? >.<

Not that folks up here have yet gotten to see much of me. =:P I'll be out and about more once I'm all settled. Indeed, I might be over in Leeds at one of the night's out with you guys, just depends on funds at the time!
