enteirahYou have to admire the amazing strength of a humble USB cable. When I was busy moving stuff in the summer, the handle broke on a box I was carrying some things in due to it being too heavy. Needing to still get said box back from Durham, I rummaged around, and found the first thing I could to make a makeshift handle; a humble USB cable. Okay the sheer weight of this box was going to wreck the cable, but heh everyone has a million spare USB cables...
... fast forward to last weekend when I was hooking up the old wireless card, and suddenly found said cable was not just a standard USB cable as I'd thought in my haste, but a pretty special one thats nigh on impossible to replace. After unwrapping the knotted and somewhat stretched wire free from the box... it still worked completely perfectly. o.o
The moral of the story? Don't read past the first sentence of a blog post starting about USB cables!
