All's fare for London, apparently =:S
Sep. 10th, 2004 09:33 pmAs I couldn't really be bothered to do much else, I decided to do some searching for timetables for the bus from Manchester Piccadilly to where my new house will be from next week. After some digging I did find the info I was looking for, but as is so often the case with these things I ended up getting horribly distracted and looking up pointless bits of info too. One of many tidbits I found is that apparently it's possible to get a return ticket between London and Manchester on National Express for £2 if you book in advance online. It beats me how they can actually run a service like that, considering it used to cost me that much just to get from the centre of Manchester to the Longsight Asda (about 2-3 miles). It's either absolute madness, or I'm missing something vitally important here!
